Choose Thursday or Friday pickup at checkout. We bake your loaves the morning of — never the night before.

One starter. Two ovens.
A neighborhood that shows up.
Dala Bakehouse started as a weekend habit and became the reason our Friday porch fills with neighbors. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand in a small home kitchen in Post Falls — naturally leavened, never rushed, and rooted in flour we mill ourselves.
We bake what’s good that week. Sometimes that’s cinnamon rolls. Sometimes a stack of seeded loaves for the market. Always: real bread, made slow, made close.
